3.79 mi of hot mix asphalt reconstruction, cold milling and resurfacing, storm sewer separation, joint repairs, curb ramp upgrades, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, signage, railroad crossing surface improvements, watermain replacement, sewer lining and pavement markings on M-3 from Wellington Crescent northerly to Sandpiper Drive in the city of Mt. Clemens, Macomb County. This project includes a 5 year and a 3 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty.
