(1.630-Mile) Standard Overlay and Curb Ramps Improvements (ADA Improvements) consists of removal and replacement of existing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), pavement patching, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) overlay, curb and gutter removal and replacement, routing, cleaning, and sealing of longitudinal cracks in existing HMA pavement, thermoplastic pavement markings, pedestrian signals improvements (APS), detector loop replacement, raised reflective pavement markers, sidewalk curb ramps improvement. The improvement is in the City of Waukegan in Lake County.
