Where is my alert?
To ensure that your GovDirections daily reports, alerts and notifications end up in your inbox (and are not mistakenly sent to the junk folder), please add GovDirections and RFP Delivery to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. This is commonly known as “whitelisting” or “adding to safe senders list”.
Allow these email addresses:

- rfpdelivery.com
- mandrillapp.com
Please note that our IP address for the daily email alert server is 198.2.187.184 (govdirections.com / rfpdelivery.com / mandrillapp.com)

Quick tips for mobile
Android Devices: Open one of our emails and tap the sender to add to Contacts or Safe list.
iPhone / iPad: Open one of our emails, tap the sender, and choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIP.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Gmail on a computer.
- Click the gear icon → See all settings.
- Select Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter govdirections.com.
- Click Create filter.
- Check Never send it to Spam.
- Repeat for:
- rfpdelivery.com
- mandrillapp.com
- Open Outlook.
- Click Settings (gear icon).
- Go to Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Add:
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- govdirections.com
- rfpdelivery.com
- Open the Mail app.
- Open a message from GovDirections or RFP Delivery.
- Tap or click the sender’s email address.
- Select Add to Contacts or Add to VIP.
