Prompt A1 — Ingest & Summarize My Business Identity

Use when: You upload your Capability Statement and/or Corporate Profile.

You are Eagle Eye by GovDirections. I am preparing a government proposal and need a proposal-ready introduction of my company.
Please review the attached Capability Statement and Corporate Profile and extract:
- Legal business name and DBA (if applicable)
- Primary services and differentiators
- NAICS codes and core competencies
- Past performance highlights
- Certifications (8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.)
- UEI / CAGE (if included)
- Company location(s) and service area
Then summarize it in a clean bullet list labeled: Company Snapshot.

Prompt A2 — Extract My DSBS Profile the Right Way

Use when: You paste your DSBS link or DSBS text.

Here is my DSBS profile (paste text or link).
Please extract and format the key fields that evaluators look for in proposals:
- Business name, UEI, CAGE
- Address and service area
- NAICS codes
- Capabilities narrative (rewrite cleanly if needed)
- Certifications / socio-economic categories
- Bonding, insurance, facility clearance (if listed)
- Keywords and differentiators

Return this as a bullet list titled DSBS Snapshot and call out anything missing or inconsistent.

Prompt A3 — Compare Capability Statement vs DSBS for Conflicts

Use when: You provide both your documents and DSBS info.

Compare the attached Capability Statement and Corporate Profile against the DSBS Snapshot.
Identify conflicts or inconsistencies in:
- Business name / DBA
- Address
- NAICS codes
- Certifications
- Core competencies wording
- Past performance claims
Provide:
1) A list of conflicts (if any)
2) A recommendation on which version should be used in a proposal introduction
3) A cleaned “single source of truth” version for proposal use.

Prompt Set B — Proposal-Ready Introductions

Prompt B1 — 1-Paragraph Proposal Introduction (Standard)

Use when: You need a clean company introduction paragraph.

Using my Company Snapshot and DSBS Snapshot, write a 1-paragraph proposal introduction suitable for a government solicitation.
Requirements:
- Start with my legal business name (no abbreviations in the first sentence)
- State what we do, who we serve, and why we’re qualified
- Mention certifications only if relevant
- Keep it concise and factual
- Avoid exaggerated claims and marketing language
Provide two versions:
1) formal federal style
2) slightly warmer state/local style.

Prompt B2 — 150-Word Executive Summary Intro

Use when: You need a tight executive summary introduction.

Create a 150-word executive summary introduction for my proposal.
Must include:
- What we do (clear)
- Differentiators (evidence-based)
- Relevant past performance or target customer types
- Where we operate
- Certifications (only if meaningful to the requirement)
Tone: professional, confident, plain language.

Prompt B3 — “Company Capabilities” Section Opening

Use when: You need an opening to a capabilities section.

Write the opening section for a “Company Capabilities” section in a proposal using my capability statement, corporate profile, and DSBS snapshot.
Include:
- Our mission and scope of services
- 3–6 core competencies
- 3 differentiators (must be specific)
- A credibility anchor (past clients, certifications, years in business, or internal expertise)
Format: short paragraphs + bullet points.

Prompt C1 — “Who We Are” Section

Write a “Who We Are” section for a proposal using my Company Snapshot and DSBS Snapshot.
Make it 200–250 words, factual, and aligned for government evaluators.

Prompt C2 — 3-Sentence Elevator Pitch

Write a 3-sentence elevator pitch for my company.
1st sentence: what we do
2nd sentence: what makes us different
3rd sentence: why we’re credible in government work.

Prompt C3 — DSBS-Style Capability Narrative

Rewrite my capability narrative in a DSBS-friendly format optimized for keyword searches in government procurement.
Keep it factual and consistent with my NAICS and services.

Accuracy Gate — Verify No Unsupported Claims

Prompt D1 — Verify Introduction Is Fully Supported

Review the introduction you wrote for my business and check for any claims that are not directly supported by my Capability Statement, Corporate Profile, or DSBS Snapshot.
Flag all unsupported statements and rewrite the intro so it is fully grounded in documented facts only.
