Eagle Eye by GovDirections®

GovDirections® — Indicator Builder

Build your Indicators of Success once, weight them, and reuse them to score any RFP or bid consistently. This tool helps you define “what must be true” for an opportunity to be worth pursuing.

How to Build Your Indicators (In 10 Minutes)

  1. List 8–12 Indicators that define the opportunities you want (fit, eligibility, effort, value).
  2. Make each indicator measurable (yes/no or scoreable).
  3. Assign a weight (1–5) based on importance to your business.
  4. Use Eagle Eye to score each opportunity and apply the GovDirections ranking labels.
Best practice: Use weights to reflect your reality. Weight 5 = deal breaker. Weight 1 = nice-to-have.
